Once your order has been submitted, it can take up to 5 business days to process your order and have it shipped out to you.

If you live in Tofino or are visiting, you'll see a Store Pick-up option at checkout. Pick-ups are usually ready 24 hours after purchase, however we will send you an email when your order is ready to pick up. Store pick-ups are always complementary. If your order still has not been picked up after three contact attempts, we will issue a refund to the original payment method less a 10% restocking fee.


At this time we only offer $15.00 Flat Rate shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped via Canada post expedited parcel which includes tracking and takes up to 10 days. 

Free shipping for all orders of $200 or greater. 

We are only able to ship within Canada at this time. 

Once your order is placed, the order cannot be cancelled.

We accept regular priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase!

  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, with receipt and all tags attached.
  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.

  • Shipping costs for the return is the responsibility of the customer.
